RECRUITMENT TO 207 POSTS OF INSPECTOR COOPERATIVE SOCIETIES IN THE DEPARTMENT COOPERATION, PUNJAB.
1. It is for the information of the candidates who had appeared in the competitive examination for the ibid posts held on 20/5/2018 that before the declaration of final result of the ibid posts, the scrutiny of application forms of the candidates for determining the eligibility of the candidates is in process. During the ongoing scrutiny of the application forms, candidates names given at Annexure-A, have been found ineligible as per the requirement of the advertisement. Hence the candidature of these candidates has been rejected as per reasons mentioned against their names
2. It is also informed that during the ongoing scrutiny, some deficiencies have also been noticed in the application forms of some candidates. List of such candidates is attached as Annexure-B,These candidates are directed to complete the required deficiencies and hand over the required documents as indicated against their names in the Annexure-B within one week by hand in the office of PPSC. Candidates may send their documents through mail scrutiny.ppsc@gmail.com . Candidates will either hand over the documents or will send the email, but will not do both. Candidates opting to send email will send only one email, with all the attachments of deficiency documents (Not separate emails). There will be no repeat email. Violation of all above instructions if any will lead to candidadte's disqualification.
